Tony Hawk is one of the most famous Skateboarders in the history of the sport. He is an international star who has done tremendous work for the sport of skateboarding, and was the first athlete to ever complete the 900. His name is also the title of a very successful line of skateboarding video games, and he’s the founder of the Tony Hawk Foundation. He continues to have an amazing skating career and is also doing great work for skaters and communities around the world.

The Wombat

The Wombat is a Marsupial that can be found in Australia. They are quadrupeds who are herbivores and are, for the most part, nocturnal creatures that reside in mountains and forests. They are exclusively found in Australia and, one interesting fact about these furry little animals is their backwards facing pouch, which evolved in order to avoid dirt gathering while digging and burrowing. Cat Stevens, now named Yusuf Islam, is a musician who rose to fame in the 1970’s. His most well known record was released in the early 70’s and is called, “Tea For The Tillerman.” He was a brilliant singer-songwriter with many number one hits, and at the height of his fame he left his career and converted to Islam. He currently plays and makes some music, but has dedicated his life to Islam and focuses primarily on philanthropy and education within the Muslim community.

Leo Tolstoy was a Russian writer whose most famous books, “War and Peace” and “Anna Karenina,” are two of the greatest novels ever written. Many critics believe that “War and Peace” is the single greatest novel ever written. Tolstoy lived from 1828-1910 and his work represents the pinnacle of realist fiction. Along with Fyodor Dostoyevsky, Tolstoy is considered a literary genius and represents the best of Russian and world literature.
